As part of their ongoing expansion plans, NGC has acquired the service business and entire telephone system customer contract base of Leeds based Allied Network Services Ltd t/a Allied Communications and continued to employ key Allied staff

Following the acquisition NGC are now responsible for supporting all the telephone systems that were under contract with the company which traded as Allied Communications.

NGC will be providing continued service for all Allied customers and in addition to their own highly qualified support staff, NGC have recruited several key Allied employees further strengthening the support resource of the company

Any Allied customers with lines and calls billing will continue to be provided with uninterrupted service via telecoms operator, 2 Circles Communications. All equipment and telephone system support will be carried out by NGC.

NGC Networks has recently moved to larger premises at Thorpe Park near Leeds and won a number of industry awards. They have also achieved Silver Business Partner status from Avaya, the world’s number one supplier of business communication systems and are now an Alcatel-Lucent Partner

Like ourselves, Allied are a fully accredited Avaya Business partner and their customers will continue to receive uninterrupted service but from a company with a much larger technical support base”

NGC Networks has won another industry award from one of Europe’s leading IP Telephony companies, Swyx Solutions.

NGC Networks has won the Award for the Best Unified Communications solution of any UK Swyx Reseller in 2008 following the implementation of systems for one of the world’s best known sportswear brands, PUMA UK.
